Refund policy

Effective Date: September 2025

At NHN Learning, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below:

1. Returns within Pakistan

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns must be shipped back to:
    Garden Town, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Activity kits, puzzles, or toys missing parts or showing wear.

  • Books, printed materials, or educational packs once packaging is removed.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

3. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.

  • We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.

  • Once the return is accepted, your new product will be shipped.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Cash on Delivery returns will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

  • Refunds are usually completed within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@nhnlearning.com

Note: Currently, NHN Learning ships only within Pakistan. International returns are not available at this time.
