Refund policy

At NHN Learning, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below:
1. Returns within Pakistan

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products.

Activity kits, puzzles, or toys missing parts or showing wear.

Books, printed materials, or educational packs once packaging is removed.

Sale items and gift cards.
3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.

Once the return is accepted, your new product will be shipped.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Cash on Delivery returns will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

Refunds are usually completed within 10 business days.
