  • NHN Learning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or content without written permission.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and stock levels.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Availability may change, and certain items may be discontinued without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa)

  • If a payment is declined or incomplete, your order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners (currently PostEx).

  • Standard delivery timelines are 2–6 business days, depending on location.

  • Free shipping is available on orders of Rs. 3000 or more.

  • NHN Learning is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

  • By purchasing from us, you agree to the conditions outlined in that policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • NHN Learning is not liable for any misuse of educational products, toys, or kits.

  • Adult supervision is strongly recommended for all children’s products.

  • We are not responsible for damages or accidents resulting from improper use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
