1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In case of high order volume, slight delays may occur. Customers will be notified via email for any major delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs (Pakistan Only)
We currently deliver all over Pakistan via PostEx Courier Services. Shipping charges are weight-based and vary by location:

✅ Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 3000 qualify for Free Standard Delivery across Pakistan.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

Customers can track shipments directly through the PostEx tracking link or by logging into their account.
4. International Shipping
Currently, NHN Learning focuses on Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. NHN Learning will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
